The Charge exists to reach every person with The Gospel.
The Charge is the evangelistic arm of Victory Church, based in South Wales, Bulgaria, and the Philippines.
It is directed by Kelvin Stribblehill and the team who serve God across the globe in equipping believers to reach others. From campaigns, and crusades locally and globally to training days and to planting churches. The Charge is here to support you and fulfil, the great commission together “Go into all the world and preach the gospel.”
Preaching The Good News of Jesus
Our mission is to empower believers to spread the Gospel of Jesus Christ, nurturing disciples who, in turn, preach the gospel to the ends of the earth.
Despite recognising our humble role in a vast harvest, we embrace God’s call to diligent service, trusting in His sovereign provision. With humility and dedication, we strive to be conduits of God’s grace, advancing His Kingdom and fulfilling His will on earth. Each soul reached becomes a catalyst for further transformation, igniting a ripple effect that impacts nations with the life-changing message of Jesus.

Local Teams Rescue Broken Souls
The Charge has an extra special compassion for the most marginalised in society. Many of the team were once trapped in class A drug addiction, prison lifestyle, homelessness and hopelessness.
As such The Charge sends a trained, passionate outreach team to towns and cities across the U.K., Wales and many nations of the world, to rescue the most hurting in society. We have longstanding relationships with numerous rehabilitation centres and supported housing networks, where we refer, transport and support people into residential rehabilitation and housing.
